At IDEAL HOME, we want you to be completely satisfied with your furniture purchase. If you're not
happy with your furniture for any reason, we've made the return process simple and straightforward.

Unused and in original condition – no assembly or installation
Original packaging intact – with all tags and labels
Proof of purchase – original invoice required

Prepare Your Return
  • Wrap your furniture in its original packaging
  • Bring your invoice and any accessories that came with the product
  • Ensure all tags and labels are still attached

Visit Our Showroom
  • Come to IDEAL HOME showroom during business hours
  • Our staff will inspect the product to verify it meets return conditions
  • You'll receive an acknowledgment receipt immediately

Receive Your Refund
  • Card payments: Refund to your card within 15 business days
  • Cash payments: Store credit, bank transfer, or cash refund within 15 business days
  • Restocking fee may apply (QAR 250 or 10% of invoice value, whichever is lower)

  • Re-pack the furniture in its original packaging
  • If you no longer have original packaging, contact us for assistance
  • Ensure the product is clean, undamaged, and ready for pickup & Complete the return slip (provided by customer service)

Hand Over to Courier
  • Our courier partner will arrive at your scheduled time
  • They will inspect the product and provide an acknowledgment receipt
  • Keep this receipt for your records

Receive Your Refund
  • We'll verify the return within 3-5 business days
  • Card payments: Refund to your card within 15 business days Cash payments: Bank transfer or store credit within 15 business days
  • Restocking fee may apply if applicable

Important Return Information

Products We Cannot Accept as Returns

  • Customized or made-to-order furniture
  • Mattresses and bedding (hygiene reasons)
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Products damaged due to misuse
  • Items without original packaging or tags

Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost. Please take photos of the damage for our records.
